11 Days until the Olympic Weightlifting Trials!
Please be sure to sign up for the CrossFit Games Open. Also, be sure to pick RedRocks CrossFit as your team affiliate. Today is the last day to register and I encourage everyone to do so. You can register here. It is going to be an awesome five weeks. What more incentive do you need other than testing your own limits? Do something you are not comfortable with!
For the next five weeks the Thursday WOD will be the Open WOD. Since every athlete who is competing will need a judge, we will most likely train in staggered groups. You will also have the opportunity to do the skills part of the workout after the WOD.

“Death by 10 meters”
With a continuously running clock do one 10meter sprint the first minute, two 10 meter sprints the second minute, three 10 meter sprints the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
