Getting Started at RedRocks CrossFit & Pricing

We are the only Olympic lifting based CrossFit in Colorado Springs. We emphasize the Olympic movements and incorporate them into the training prescription several times per week. If you are unfamiliar with these movements, our coaches will work with you so you become confident in them and are prepared to perform them in the group sessions. Our coaches will not only introduce you to the Olympic movements but also to all of the main CrossFit movements found in the daily WOD's. New members will not get lost in the crowd at RedRocks CrossFit. We will work with you in every session in our warm-up and skills portions of the daily WOD's to ensure your confidence.

However, please keep in mind, although we are Olympic lifting based we are not exclusively Olympic lifting based! We show variety through all of our WOD's including kettlebells and dumbells, whipping and climbing ropes, medicine balls and bodyweight exercises. We also have 1,000 square feet of pro turf inside our facility, the only facility in Colorado Springs that has indoor turf, to do all of our form running, speed & agility and most of our WODs.

All of our training sessions are in the group setting which, number no more than fifteen. If you feel the need for a more personalized prescription, we do offer individual and small group (2-4 athletes) sessions. 

We realize the fitness industry is competitive and we appreciate you considering RedRocks CrossFit as an option. We encourage you to stop by and visit during one of the training sessions so you can better understand what we do and what we are all about. Truly, our expertise is coaching in the gym. In addition, if you want to make sure you are joining the right CrossFit for you, join us for a free WOD. No cost, no commitment! Just a free workout.

PRICING

Unlimited Memberships

  • Monthly individual: From $119
  • Married couples: From $159
  • Buddy pass: $99/month/individual when you join with a friend (requires 3 month commitment)
  • 3,6 and 12 month discounts available (see link below)

Limited Memberships

  • 2-3 days/week training: From $99
  • 10 Session punch card (CrossFit only/6-month expiration): $119
  • Boot Camp (3 days/week): $49
  • Buddy Boot Camp (sign-up with a friend): $39.50/person/month
  • Olympic lifting on-ramp program (9 sessions): $225
  • Front Range Weightlifting Club youth program (3 days/week): $99
  • Student 2 for 1 memberships (3 days/week): $75/student
  • Drop-ins: $20
  • Private sessions available. Please call Coach Paul for appointment times

Yoga

Veronica Dotson runs our yoga program at RRCF. Veronica has been certified through the Core Power yoga certification program and brings her experience and enthusiam to all her classes. Since this is a new program and we want you to have a positive experience, our yoga program is on a donation basis. We invite you to take one of Veronica's yoga classes and via the "suggestion box" please let us know how we can better your yoga experience!

Referral Program

One of the biggest complements is for our clients to refer their friends to RedRocks CrossFit. Hence, if our current clients refer any new business our way we will give referring members 50% off their next month's unlimited membership. Refer two new clients and we'll give them 50% off their next two month's unlimited membership fees... and so on and so on!
